General LGBTQIARC List

Purpose
The purpose of the LGBTRC list is to share information, resources, programs and events that support LGBTQIA+ people within the UC Davis community.

Audience
The intended audience is UC Davis community members, who can opt in and out of receiving messages at any time. As such, only ucdavis.edu emails will be accepted to the list. Non-UC Davis emails will be removed. To opt out at any time, listserv members can send an email to lgbtrc@ucdavis.edu with the subject line “unsubscribe lgbtrc”

Content
Content will include information, resources, programs and events that support LGBTQIA+ people within the UC Davis community. All messages must comply with UC Davis’ electronic communication policies, including those related to privacy, allowable use, and mass electronic messaging.

Administration
Only career staff at the LGBTQIA Resource Center are able to moderate and send messages to the list. The University may close this list if it remains inactive for one year or if the list becomes non-compliant with policy.


Grad List

Purpose
The purpose of the LGBTQIA+ Graduates list is to share information, resources, programs and events that support LGBTQIA+ graduate students within the UC Davis community.

The purpose of the Trans Advocacy Network list is to share information, resources, programs and events that support trans people within the UC Davis community.

Audience
The intended audience is UC Davis community members, who can opt in and out of receiving messages at any time. As such, only ucdavis.edu emails will be accepted to the list. Non-UC Davis emails will be removed. To opt out at any time, listserv members can send an email to transadvocacy@ucdavis.edu with the subject line “unsubscribe transadvocacy”
